Chichen Itza

The most famous landmark of Chichen Itza is the temple Pyramid of El Castillo which is 99 feet high. Chichen Itza is the most developed of the many Mayan ruins and has been included in the list of “Seven Wonders of the World”. It is the most visited archaeological sites in Mexico with around 1.2 million tourist visit every year. The site shows a large number of design styles, reminiscent of styles seen in focal Mexico and Chenes styles of the northern Maya swamps.

Christ the Redeemer
Christ the Redeemer is a statue of Jesus Christ located at a height of 700 meters in Rio de Janeiro. The statue was completed in 1931 at 30 meters tall and its arm extend 28 meters wide. It is situated on top of Corcovado Mountain and it weighs 635 tonnes. Christ the Redeemer is a widely acknowledged symbol of Brazilian Christianity and was also the biggest Art Deco statue in the World from 1931 to 2010. Maintenance work to the statue is done periodically as it is exposed to the thunderous winds and and erosion.
Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China does not need any kind of introduction does it..?? It’s built along an east-to-west line across the historical northern borders of China. The Great Wall of Chine is listed among “Seven Wonders of the World” as well as the “New Seven Wonders of the World” and is the only work of human hands on the globe visible from the Moon. The entire wall with all of its branches is 21,196 km long and its 9.1 m wide and was built to protect the Chinese Empire from outsource forces. Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu is a 15th century inca site located 2430 meters above sea level in the Cusco Region in Peru. It is situated on a mountain ridge above the Sacred Valley and is often mistakenly referred to as the “Lost City of the incas”. It is the most famous icon of Inca civilization built around 1450 but was abandoned century later. It was famous locally but not internationally till American Historian Hiram Bingham brought it on international Arena. It is one of top tourist attraction as well as on of the “Seven Wonders of the World” .
Petra
Petra is a historical and archaeological city established in in 312 BCE famous for its rock-cut architecture and water conduit system. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and UNESCO has described it as “one of the most precious cultural properties of man’s cultural heritage”. Petra’s a symbol of Jordan as well as Jordan’s most visited tourist attraction and lies on the slope of Jebel al-Madhbah in a basin among the mountains. It has been described as one of the seven wonders of the World and is also known as the Rose City due to the color of the stone out of which it is carved.
Taj Mahal
Taj Mahal is one of the gretest architectures of the Mughal Dynasty and is a white marble mausoleum placed in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in remembrance of his third wife Mumtaz Mahal and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site viewed as an “Image of Love”. Taj Mahal is recorded among “Seven Wonders of the World” and additionally the “New Seven Wonders of the World”. The marble dome with height of 35 meters same of the base length is the most remarkable feature. Taj Mahal is visted by a huge number of voyagers from all over the World and is broadly perceived as “the gem of Muslim workmanship in India”.
Colosseum
